Malvern, PA – DOCUXCEL, a leader in providing high-value on-site Business Process Outsourcing services, today announced that Matthew Nowakowski has joined the organization as Director of Operations to continue to build the Company’s strategic growth plans in the pharmaceutical / integrated facilities management market.
Matt brings extensive soft services operations experience and expertise in the life sciences and IFM sectors, working with Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining DOCUXCEL, Matt worked for Johnson Controls and Jones Lang LaSalle at Bristol Myers Squibb and was responsible for managing all soft services. Previously, he worked at MCS Management Services as General Manager overseeing all pharmaceutical sites for Johnson & Johnson with overall responsibility for mail, shipping & receiving, print and related soft services.
